How do I pay?▾
You prepay by card through our secure online checkout when you join a deal. If the deal isn't confirmed or you cancel in time, your payment is refunded in full — automatically.
What if not enough people join?▾
It depends on the deal. Most deals are marked "Confirmation guaranteed" — they go through at the first-tier price even if the minimum isn't reached. Otherwise, the deal auto-cancels at the deadline and your prepayment is refunded in full.
Can I cancel after joining?▾
Free cancellation with a full refund before the deal confirms. After confirmation, each business has its own cancel deadline (default: 24h before pickup).
What's a trust score?▾
It rises with successful pickups and reviews, falls with no-shows. Some deals require a minimum trust score. To recover a low score, join deals with no minimum and complete the pickups — each one raises it.
